Chinatown

Skirt - WhoWhatWear x Target | Shirt - Primark | Sneakers - Adidas | Bag - WhoWhatWear x Target | Sunglasses - Boohoo

As fall is getting closer and closer each day, transitional pieces are hitting the stores.  Every year there's an item that becomes the it-piece of the season, and this year it's the leopard print midi skirt.  The favorite was Realisation's Naomi skirt, but at $180 it's something that not everyone can afford.  High Street favorite & Other Stories produced a similar one, and it became so popular in the UK that it actually crashed their website.  I came a bit late to the party - by the time I discovered and fell in love with that one it was already long sold out.
When I arrived back in the US, one of my first stops was to Target - one of the few places I miss from the US.  As I roamed around the store, I found my way to the WhoWhatWear section (one of my all time favorite brands), and low and behold there was a leopard print midi skirt.  Sure, the leopard print is a bit abstract, they almost look like paint strokes, but as soon as I tried it on I knew it was the skirt for me.  And at only $30, the price was perfect.

I've already now worn it a number of times, but my first being when I was in San Francisco for the day.  My mom and I walked around the city, starting with lunch at an Italian restaurant, getting the Museum of Ice Cream, and finishing in Chinatown.  I would have loved to get dinner there, but we simply ran out of time.  It was still great to be able to walk through the area; for as many times I've been to San Francisco I had never been there.  I was always so close to it too, as it's right next to Union Square which was my favorite place to shop when I was younger.

There's a small chance I might be going back to California around the holidays, so maybe I can finally make to eat in Chinatown.  Any recommendations?
