Another year, another street style roundup!  On Monday I waited outside the National Portrait Gallery whilst Erdem presented his Autumn/Winter 2019 collection.  I've always wanted to take street style photos outside of an Erdem show, and this year not only did I have the day off from classes, but I also knew where the collection was showing ahead of time!  When the day arrived, off I went with my camera and unfortunately no umbrella.  Despite the rain, the wait was absolutely worth it.  I've never seen so many familiar faces outside of a show before.  Not only did I see Eva Chen - the head of fashion at Instagram, but I also saw both Michelle Dockery and Laura Carmichael from Downton Abbey!!  That's one of my all time favorite television shows, so I was ecstatic to see them.  However, anyone who's been near an environment like this will know how hectic it can be, so I just wish some of my photos turned out a bit better.  I took lots more photos that I'm not showing you as they were out of focus or someone else was standing in the way.

All in all though, I'm definitely glad I went.  Some other stand outs for me are Emma Mackey and Lily Newmark from Sex Education, Daisy Lowe, and Nina Suess and her tropical coat which made it onto every street style list I've seen so far.  I wish I saw Alexa Chung, but I suppose there's always next year.
