Royal Crescent

Christmas is right around the corner, and it's frankly hard to believe just how fast this month has gone.  It seems like I was just in Bath enjoying the Christmas markets and eating my heart out from all the great food that the city has to offer.  So I leave you now with my final Bath post.  As I mentioned in my previous Bath Mini Guide, the Royal Crescent is one of the most photogenic spots in the city.  After seeing the area in various films and TV shows (and Instagram, let's not lie), my friend Penny and I marched our way up there to find gorgeous views of the town.
When I packed for this weekend away, I had all these of ideas of wearing various skirts and/or dresses.  However, the weather disagreed with my plans, so I just ended up bringing this one skirt, and even had to change back into jeans after a few hours because of how rainy and chilly it was.  It was a shame, as this & Other Stories skirt has been one of my favorite fall pieces.  Brown was never really a color that I've worn or even really cared for, but in the recent seasons the color has made its way into numerous trends (hello 1970s), so when I spotted this brown corduroy skirt in the store I just couldn't resist.  For this cold weekend of being a tourist, I paired the skirt with a warm jumper and the comfiest shoes I own: my Adidas Superstars.  I ended up really loving this color combo of the pink and brown, so I definitely think I'll experiment with these colors again in the future!

I hope you enjoyed my posts on Bath.  This was a beautiful city that I definitely hope to visit again in the future!
