The Bloggers Market | OOTD

I've had this post sitting in my drafts for over a week now, just waiting to be finished.  You see, this week is my last week of classes meaning that I'm nearly finished with my first year of uni!!  As exciting as that is, it also means that I have a number of projects to complete and turn in on time.  So as much as I want to put all of my energy into my blog, my studies really have to come first.

Still, last week I had an absolute blast at the Bloggers Market (read about my experience here), so I thought I'd show you my outfit from the day.  I finally bought myself an off-the-shoulder top, something I've been wanting since last summer.  When I was in second grade, my favorite shirt in the world was a cold shoulder t-shirt; it was blue, had a big butterfly on the front, and was from Old Navy.  My mom would only let me wear it on special occasions, but when I did wear it, I would refer to it as my 'beautiful shoulders' shirt.  In retrospect, it was rather egotistical (mainly because I made up a song to go with it about me having the most beautiful shoulders in the land).  But, boy, did I love that shirt.  This off-the-shoulder top from H&M gives me that same feeling I had when I was eight (except without the singing).  It is kinda annoying to have to wear a strapless bra with it (have you ever met anyone who actually likes wearing those?), but it's the absolute perfect shirt for the summer. The best part about it, though?  I got it for a steal at just £6.99 as it was part of H&M's mid-season sale.

I don't know yet if I'll be able to post anymore this week just because of deadlines, but I have some really exciting travel plans coming up so definitely stay tuned!!
